The Minnesota Association of Independent Schools is a non-profit organization of pre-primary, elementary, middle and secondary schools whose purpose is to support and connect independent schools in Minnesota.  It does so by:

·Working to foster and preserve independence and freedom of choice in education;

·Providing a forum for professional development and the exchange of ideas;

·Fostering ongoing communication and cooperation among member schools; providing leadership and support to member schools in developing and maintaining standards of educational programs and professional and ethical conduct.
